INVESTMENT

What Pallume costs — and what it's worth.

THE INVESTMENT IN CONTEXT.

A qualified business coach might run $500 to $1,500 per session. One session, once or twice a month, with significant context-switching between their other clients. Valuable — but the execution window is narrow. Between sessions you're on your own.

Pallume operates at your actual working cadence. Daily, not weekly. Not monthly. Full context retained across your entire engagement. Camden reviews your behavioral data weekly — not a 50-minute snapshot, but weeks of accumulated pattern recognition.

At $1,000 a month for three months, that's around $8 a day averaged over the year. Less than many businesses spend on software they're not fully using — for a system that actively manages your execution every morning, gets sharper every week, and stays with you after the active coaching is complete.

PATH A — INDIVIDUAL

One person. One system. Built from a real conversation.

PATH A is for one person — a solo operator, executive, or business owner who works hard and can't close the gap between intention and result. The system handles whatever your life contains. Business, personal, or both. PATH A doesn't separate domains — it captures what's in your head and finds the patterns across all of it.

The engagement begins with a 60–75 minute deep-dive interview. Camden maps your goals, decision framework, behavioral patterns, and specific avoidance loops. The result is a custom AI system that runs inside your own Claude account, knows what you said you'd do, and won't let you forget it.

PATH B — ORGANIZATIONAL

Multiple people. Organizational scope. Executable Monday morning.

PATH B is for teams of up to three people where the problem isn't one person's productivity — it's how the organization operates, markets, communicates, or executes. The bottlenecks live between people, in workflows, in systems that don't exist yet.

The trigger is simple: does solving this require building systems for more than one person? If yes — PATH B.

Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. Camden maps the people, their workflows, and where time disappears before designing anything. Deliverables include a bottleneck map, a people map, named Claude Projects configured for each person executing the work, and a phased implementation plan with clear ownership and time estimates.

$1,500/month (2–3 person teams)

Larger organizations and project-based engagements are quoted after a discovery conversation.

Includes

  • Organizational diagnostic
  • Bottleneck and people mapping
  • Individual Claude Project deployments for each team member
  • Phased implementation plan

Standard PATH B configures and deploys existing systems — websites, custom dashboards, and purpose-built applications are separate engagements.

PATH C — SPECIAL PROJECTS

When the situation requires more than configuration.

PATH C triggers when the team size or problem complexity requires Camden to produce custom deliverables that live outside the Pallume Journal structure — specialized Claude projects, a knowledge resource, or system architecture built for a specific business situation.

Pallume strategy within Claude is still the foundation. The extra work is the overlay.

Not sure which path applies to you? The intake determines it. Most clients find out during the discovery conversation.

Custom quote based on scope.

PATH C scope is determined during the discovery conversation. Every engagement is custom — deliverables, structure, and timeline are scoped together before anything is built.

HOW THIS WORKS — BEFORE YOU COMMIT.

Pallume doesn't take every client who applies.

The discovery conversation is a mutual evaluation. You're assessing whether this is the right fit for your business. Camden is assessing whether he can produce the results you're looking for. If it isn't a fit — for either side — that gets said directly. No pressure close. No follow-up sequences.

The intake process exists because the wrong engagement serves no one. A client who isn't ready to show up consistently won't get results. A business Camden can't move forward isn't worth the calendar time. The filter protects both parties.

If you get through the application process and Camden believes he can produce results for your situation, you'll know exactly what the first 90 days look like before you agree to anything.

COMMON QUESTIONS

A few things people ask before committing.

Three months is the recommended baseline. That's the minimum time for the system to accumulate real pattern data and produce results you can measure. The minimum commitment is two months.

No. If the scope isn't right, we adjust the scope. Discounting a price that was set correctly doesn't serve either of us.

A Claude account runs approximately $20/month. That's yours — separate from the coaching investment. You own it whether we're working together or not.

The system starts at $1,000/month.
