AI-POWERED EXECUTION COACHING
You start every week knowing exactly what matters. By Thursday it looks nothing like the plan.
That's not a discipline problem. That's a design problem. Pallume builds the execution architecture your ambition has been missing.

THE EXECUTION GAP
Here's what your day is actually costing you.
It's a moment most business owners recognize. 4pm. You've been working since 7. You're exhausted. And when you try to name what actually moved forward today — you struggle.
Accountability coaching helps. It only works on the days you meet.
Emails answered. Fires put out. Questions fielded. The reactive layer of the business got your full attention and your best hours.
The work that would have actually mattered — the proposal, the strategy, the thing you've been trying to carve out two hours for — is still where it was this morning.
That's what happens when capable people have no architecture protecting their most important work from everything else competing for it.
YOU'VE ALREADY TRIED TO FIX THIS.
You downloaded the apps. Set up the system. Used it for two weeks.
The time-blocking. Color-coded calendar. Protected blocks that evaporated the first time someone needed something.
The accountability partner. Good intentions. Both of you got busy.
You hired a coach. Valuable sessions. The momentum didn't last.
The journal. The notebook. The sticky notes on the monitor. The running task list that became its own source of anxiety.
None of it held — not because you didn't commit to it, but because none of it was built around how you actually work. Every system you've tried was designed for a generic person. At the first point it didn't match your specific patterns, your specific business, your specific week — it broke.
That's not a failure of discipline. That's a design problem. You were using the wrong tool for the job.
WHAT THE GAP COSTS
The math on wasted execution
$300K
What a $1M operator's strategic time is worth annually
For a solo operator doing $1M, the operator's time could realistically be worth $300K. That's the strategic capacity — the work only you can do.
70%
Time in reactive mode
Most operators spend the majority of their week in reactive mode. If even half your week goes to reactive work, the strategic capacity you're actually deploying is a fraction of what's available.
$90K+
Annual value in the gap
A conservative estimate of annual value sitting in the gap between what you planned to do and what actually happened. Not lost revenue — lost leverage.
Most business owners underestimate the execution gap because they measure effort, not output.
Here's a different way to look at it. If your strategic capacity is worth $300,000 a year and you're deploying 70% of it — the gap is $90,000. Not because the strategy is wrong. Because the execution layer underneath it is leaking.
That number lives somewhere specific. In the follow-up that didn't happen. The proposal that went out a week late. The initiative that never got two consecutive hours of focused work. The hire you haven't had time to think through properly.
Every week the infrastructure problem stays unsolved, the gap compounds. Not dramatically — just steadily. The same way a slow leak drains a tank.
At $1,000 a month for three months (recommended baseline), Pallume costs $3,000. If it closes 20% of a $90,000 execution gap, the return is $18,000. If it closes half — the math becomes obvious.
The question isn't whether you can afford it. It's what it costs to leave the gap open for another year.
“Most of my clients come in describing the wrong problem. Design tools, marketing help, bookkeeping fixes — none of those are the actual issue. The intake process exists because people describe symptoms, not root causes. Finding the actual problem is the first move.”
WHY NOTHING CLOSED THE GAP.
Every system you've tried operated at the wrong layer. Not the wrong idea — the wrong architecture.
You need something that runs at your actual working cadence. Daily, not monthly. Something that retains context across weeks and months — not just within a single session. Something that accumulates enough data about your specific patterns to name the loop you're living inside when you can't see it yourself.
That's what doesn't exist in any tool, app, or coaching model you've already encountered.
THE SOLUTION
YOUR OWN AI EXECUTION SYSTEM. BUILT BY A COACH. RUNNING EVERY MORNING.
Pallume is a custom Claude project configured around how you specifically work — your goals, your values, your decision framework, your resistance patterns, and the specific ways you consistently get stuck.
Not a template. A configuration built from a 60–75 minute deep-dive interview about you.
This works across industries because it's built around how you operate — your patterns, your decisions, your avoidance loops — not your field. The AI doesn't need to know construction or finance. It needs to know you.
It runs inside your own account. It retains everything. It knows what you said you'd do last Tuesday. It knows the project you've been pushing to next week for a month. It catches the contradictions between what you say you want and what you're actually spending your time on — and it surfaces them without ego, without agenda, and without letting you off the hook.
Camden reviews your weekly summary once per week. He reads what the AI surfaced, identifies what it missed, and adjusts the system accordingly. That human interpretation layer — applied to weeks of your actual behavioral data — is what no tool or coach replicates on their own.
The system gets sharper the longer you use it. Month one, it knows your goals. Month two, it knows your patterns. Month three, it's running your task triage, your decision framework, your morning ritual, and whatever your work actually demands.
It starts with 10 minutes every morning. That's the entry point. The ceiling is the size of your work. Here's a look at the simple interface where it all happens, plus a sample of the feedback you can expect.

The Diagnostic
Is the problem you, your business, or both?
This question opens the door. Your answer shapes everything we build.
The Person
One person. One system. Built around your goals, your patterns, and whatever your life contains — business, personal, or both. The system captures what's in your head and finds the patterns across all of it.
The Business
For teams of up to three people in the same business. The problem requires building systems for more than one person. Your people are capable — the workflows, communication, and execution layer underneath them isn't. You need a diagnostic and systems your team can actually run.
Custom
If your situation doesn't fit PATH A or PATH B, PATH C is a fully custom engagement scoped during intake. The scope, structure, and deliverables are built around your specific situation — not a template. Custom research briefs, strategic documents, knowledge bases, and systems are designed from scratch when your situation calls for it.
How It Works
Three steps. Every path.
Build
You complete an intake form. Camden uses your responses to generate custom interview questions. The interview is about an hour via video call, phone or in person. From that recording, he builds your system: Project Instructions, an Interview Summary with coaching feedback, and a Setup Email. The system is yours from day one.
Deploy
Your AI system lives in your own Claude account. You own it — it's not a subscription to someone else's platform.
The morning check-in takes 10 minutes. You open the system, type the time and date, and say: Let's run a journal. A gratitude entry. A brain dump of whatever's creating noise. A stream of consciousness that captures what's actually on your mind. A rotating daily theme. The session ends with the specific things you need to protect time for today.
The system knows your history. Every conversation builds on the last.
Refine
Once a week, it generates a weekly summary. You send that summary to your coach. The coach reads it, identifies the patterns the AI surfaced, and sends coaching feedback — what's working, what the data shows you're avoiding, and what the system needs to handle better. When it's appropriate, the system is adjusted.
What You Get
Pallume. Your personal execution system.
Six capabilities. All running from a single morning check-in.
Your Morning Log
Capture your day before it captures you. Brain dump. Open tasks. Unfinished decisions. Ideas that'll disappear if you don't write them down. 10 minutes of structure that clears your head and sets your priority. This isn't journaling — it's a daily ops brief. And the AI reads every word.
Which means: You stop starting the day in reactive mode. The first 10 minutes produce a clear priority — and that priority protects the next two hours.
See What You Can't See
The AI catches contradictions between what you say you want and what you're actually doing. Avoidance patterns. Momentum trends. Energy cycles. The things you consistently skip, delay, or rationalize away — surfaced automatically.
Which means: The patterns that have been costing you time and output for months get named. You can't fix what you can't see. The system sees it.
Execution That Doesn't Flinch
Missed a commitment? It notices. Avoiding the hard thing? It says so. But it also catches wins you'd overlook, reinforces momentum when you're building it, and reminds you of past efforts paying off right now. Brutal honesty. Genuine encouragement. Both.
Which means: The structure holds even when your motivation doesn't. You get called out by a system you built yourself — which lands differently than being called out by another person.
Capture Everything. Do What Matters.
Ideas, tasks, and decisions — captured before they're gone. Then the AI triages by impact using your decision framework. Highest-leverage actions rise. Busy work gets flagged. What to delegate, defer, or delete becomes obvious.
Which means: Nothing falls through the cracks. The task list stops being a source of anxiety and starts being a ranked action sequence.
Decide Faster. Decide Better.
Describe any opportunity or situation. The AI runs it through your stated goals and personal values. Returns a recommendation filtered through what matters to you — not generic advice from someone who doesn't know your business.
Which means: Which means: You stop second-guessing decisions that should be clear. The system filters every choice through what you've already decided matters.
Proof You're Moving
Weekly AI-generated reports tracking entries, wins completed, patterns identified, and gaps. Hard data on what's actually happening — not how it feels. Your coach reviews these and adjusts the system. You own the data.
Which means: You stop measuring your week by how busy it felt. You measure it by what actually moved. The data shows you where the execution gap is closing — and where it isn't.
The system starts small. That's the point.
Stage 1 is one habit: a 10-minute morning check-in. Nothing else is added until that's established. No new dashboards. No tech stack to configure. If you can type a text message, you can do this.
Every system you've abandoned failed for the same reason — it gave you everything at once. This one doesn't. Complexity is added as you level up, when the foundation is proven, not before.
- 1Stage 1: Daily check-in and pattern recognition.
- 2Stage 2: Priority filtering and decision support added.
- 3Stage 3: Strategic modules and deeper pattern analysis.
- 4By Stage 3, the system is running your task triage, your decision framework, your pattern recognition, and whatever your work actually demands. Most clients are fully operational by month three. We recommend a minimum of three months — the minimum commitment is two.
The check-in doesn't replace protected time. It produces it. Ten minutes of structured focus that ends with a clear priority for the next two hours. That's the whole mechanism.
ONE THING TO UNDERSTAND BEFORE YOU APPLY.
The system works because you work it.
The morning check-in is the raw material. What you put into it — your actual thinking, your real priorities, your honest assessment of where you are — is what the AI pattern-recognizes from. A half-effort check-in produces half-effort pattern recognition. The coaching response Camden sends each week is only as precise as the data you gave the system that week.
This isn't a passive system. It doesn't run in the background while you do other things. It runs in ten minutes every morning because you sit down and run it.
Clients who treat the check-in as a checkbox don't get results. Clients who treat it as the most important ten minutes of their day do.
If that's a problem — this isn't the right fit.
If that's obvious — keep reading.
WHO THIS IS FOR — AND WHO IT ISN'T.
Pallume is for those who know how to work hard. The people who get the most from this system are already capable, already motivated, and already aware of the gap between what they're producing and what they're capable of.
What they don't have is the architecture underneath their effort.
This is for you if:
- ✓You run a service business and your strategy is solid — execution is where it breaks down
- ✓You're highly self-aware but perpetually behind your own potential
- ✓You've read the frameworks, understand the principles, and can't consistently apply them alone
- ✓You want a system, not a cheerleader
- ✓You've already tried the standard solutions and found them too shallow for the actual complexity of running a business
This is not for you if:
- ✕You want someone to do the work for you
- ✕You're looking for motivation or inspiration — you don't have a motivation problem
- ✕You're not willing to show up for a system consistently
- ✕You're in the "I'll get to this eventually" stage of your business
If you fit the first list and not the second — this is the right fit for you.
Clear Expectations
What this is not.
Not a course.
An operational system you use daily. It works because you use it — not because you finished it.
Not a chatbot.
Configured with your goals, values, and operating principles. It knows your business because your coach built it that way.
Not a template.
Every deployment is custom-built from a deep-dive interview. No two systems are the same.
Not just software.
The AI handles daily accountability. Your coach handles strategic direction. You get both.
Not theoretical.
Every framework was built and tested inside an actual business before it was ever offered to a client. The same system Camden runs daily.
WHAT CLIENTS SAY
“I have been utilizing AI tools Camden created to bring more efficiency to my work as Sublette County BOCES Director. One thing it has helped me do is distinguish between time spent on true executive-level work versus time I spend simply providing coverage for our services — a distinction that's easy to lose track of in a day that moves this fast.
The daily journal has helped me track work progression over time and provides meaningful reminders of where I need to focus. I often capture my day in a voice memo at the end of the day, and it organizes and summarizes everything — then gives me a starting point for the next morning. It also flags board-worthy items as they happen, so I'm not reconstructing a month from memory when it's time to write the board report.
The value has been significant. It keeps me focused on the work that actually requires me, while surfacing bigger organizational questions I might not have stopped to consider otherwise.”

“The accountability piece is real. Having a place to openly name what I was avoiding, and then being called out on it directly, helped me finally close loops that otherwise would have drifted for weeks. His program works for so many different areas of life, whether it is business, work, personal growth, or managing your private life. What makes it different is that it adapts to your goals, your responsibilities, and the way your brain works, which makes it effective no matter what season of life or business you are in. Camden created something that truly meets people where they are, and that makes all the difference.”

About Camden
Camden Bennett
I know what it looks like to end every day exhausted with nothing moved forward. I lived that pattern for years — available to everyone, responsive to everything, in control of nothing.
15 years in the Navy — first as a Diver, then as an Intelligence Officer. Both jobs run on the same structured requirements: accurate information, clearly interpreted, acted on by strict guidelines and SOPs. I came back to Wyoming after 20 years away, started running the #1 real estate brokerage in Sublette County, and now had the freedom to manage my own time and direct my own efforts. Without the strict military structure I was used to, I came face to face with the ugly reality of reactive mode for the first time. Pallume is my response.
What changed wasn't a book or a framework. It was building a system from scratch — around my specific goals, my actual patterns, and the ways I consistently got stuck — then running it every morning until the evidence showed up in my days. I deployed it on myself before I offered it to anyone else.
I won't coach someone through something I haven't lived.
